Hello everyone!

I just got back from D.C. where I toured the city and participated in a huge health industry trade show. I had my first official book signing, and truly enjoyed meeting and talking with visitors from all over the world. I'll be speaking at the Medicis International Anti-aging Show in Toronto during the first weekend in October, and will have books available at the Canadian Health and Lifestyle booth.
